'Ember & Crust Pizzeria started with a straightforward vision: to share real Neapolitan pizza with Naples. Established by the Rossi family in 1987, our place opened as a cozy, family-run spot, built on time-honored recipes passed down through the years.
Marco Rossi, the founder, mastered pizza craft while traveling across Italy, training with master pizzaiolos in Naples—the home of pizza. After coming back to the UK, she set out to revive the essence of real Italian pizza, relying on classic techniques and exceptional ingredients.
What started as a humble 12-seat shop has become a cherished neighborhood staple, yet our dedication to quality and authenticity remains unchanged. We continue to use wood-fired oven methods, mix our dough fresh each day, and seek out the best ingredients available.
Today, 'Ember & Crust Pizzeria is still family-owned and run, with the second generation of the Rossi family guiding our dedicated team. Although we've adopted a few modern touches, our core purpose is unchanged: making flavorful, genuine pizza that connects people.
